A team of highly qualified mechanics, technicians and engineers optimizes cooling capacity, prevents failures and shut-downs and provides support for our customers by supplying expertise and experienced labor.
OEM parts and special tooling ensure many years of efficient cooling system operation. All spares and tools required for cooling plants are delivered by the spare parts service of GEA Luftkühler GmbH at short notice.
The GEA Wet and Dry Cooling Service offers customized contracts for regular or occasional work on both GEA and third-party cooling installations to back up or to replace plant operator maintenance units.
Compliance with safety, health and environmental standards in erection and servicing work has always been a crucial concern in GEA. The safety management system of the corporation was certified in May 2002 under the SCC rules of Det Norske Veritas (DNS). The certificate issued by TÜV Cert documents that safety is a declared corporate objective and shows that GEA staff undergo regular safety, health and environmental training and are examined by an independent organization. The validity of the certificate is three years. After this period, a new audit is required.
